We opened LifeSmart St. James in 2018 in partnership with Crestview Medical Clinic. The clinic offers family practice, walk-in and specialist services (see webpage for list of specialists). The clinic is conviently located on Ness Avenue and has ample free parking available for patients. Please contact the clinic to find out which family physicians are accepting patients!
